Baltisse Group Increases Stake in Recticel

Recticel, a listed company on Euronext Brussels, disclosed a transparency notification from Baltisse Group. On September 3, 2026, companies under the control of Mr. Filiep Balcaen, including Baltisse NV and others, formalized an agreement to act in concert concerning Recticel shares. This has led to the group holding 29.17% of voting rights, surpassing the 25% threshold.

The notification ensures compliance with the Act of 2 May 2007 on significant participations. Enterhold S.A., wholly controlled by Mr. Balcaen, manages Baltisse, while similar control structures are in place for the other companies involved. This strategic move signals potential influence on Recticel's future decisions and operations.
