Recticel Group Acquires Isopanel NV for Market Expansion

Recticel Group, a leading Belgian insulation company, has acquired Isopanel NV, a specialist in insulated panels for cold storage, through its Reclar joint venture. Recticel holds a 76% stake, with the transaction valued at EUR 16.5 million. The deal reflects Isopanel's growth, with expected 2026 EBITDA between EUR 3.5 - 4.0 million and sales of EUR 20.5 - 23.5 million.

Isopanel, founded in 1998, is renowned for insulated panels used in sectors like food and pharmaceuticals. This acquisition supports Recticel's ELEVATE 2030 strategy, aiming for an EBITDA of EUR 100 million by 2030, and offers synergies with its Insulated Panels division.

Recticel CEO Stefaan Debusschere sees this as a growth opportunity in cold storage and isothermal buildings. Isopanel CEO Wim Dewilde anticipates accelerated growth under Recticel's industrial expertise.
