Recticel Increases Capital Through Subscription Rights

On December 22, 2025, Recticel announced a capital increase following the exercise of 7,500 subscription rights from the warrant plan issued on June 28, 2019. This led to the issuance of 7,500 new ordinary shares, which will be traded on Euronext Brussels starting December 24, 2025.

As a result, the total subscribed capital now amounts to EUR 141,882,300, an increase from the previous EUR 141,863,550. The total number of shares with voting rights has increased from 56,745,420 to 56,752,920. Additionally, the outstanding subscription rights have decreased from 2,633,000 to 2,625,500.
