Recticel Increases Capital Through Subscription Rights Exercise

On 30 October 2026, Recticel's share capital increased following the exercise of 7,500 subscription rights from the warrant plan established on 29 June 2020. This move resulted in the issuance of 7,500 new ordinary shares. These shares will be available for trading on Euronext Brussels starting 3 November 2026.

Prior to this capital increase, the total subscribed capital stood at EUR 143,064,800, which has now risen to EUR 143,083,550. Meanwhile, the total number of shares in issue, each carrying voting rights, has increased from 57,225,920 to 57,233,420. The number of outstanding subscription rights has slightly decreased from 2,517,500 to 2,510,000. This strategic move supports the company’s growth objectives.
