Reinet Investments S.C.A. Completes Share Buyback Programme

Reinet Investments S.C.A. has announced the successful completion of its sixth share buyback programme. Launched on 22 June 2026, the initiative concluded on 28 July 2026. Over this period, the company repurchased a total of 2,500,000 shares, fulfilling the maximum approved buyback limit. This transaction amounted to ZAR 1,120.0 million (€59.6 million), excluding transaction costs. These shares are designated as treasury shares.

In the final stages, between 27 July 2026 and 28 July 2026, Reinet purchased 242,779 shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. The average buying price was ZAR 448.50 per share. The transaction's total cost reached approximately ZAR 108.9 million (€5.7 million), plus transaction costs.
