Reinet Investments S.C.A. Updates Share Buyback Programme
Reinet Investments S.C.A. has announced the repurchase of 572,869 ordinary shares between 12 October and 16 October 2026. The shares were bought on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange at an average price of ZAR 444.97 per share, with the highest being ZAR 454.00 and the lowest ZAR 431.97. These transactions amounted to a total of ZAR 254.9 million (€13.8 million), excluding transaction costs.
This is part of the share buyback initiative announced on 13 August 2026. To date, Reinet has repurchased a total of 4,993,498 shares under this programme for approximately ZAR 2,179.4 million (€116.9 million), excluding transaction costs.
Reinet Investments S.C.A., based in Luxembourg, is listed on multiple exchanges, including the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. This initiative aims to enhance shareholder value.
