MindMaze Completes Simplification, Updates on Neuro.io Financing
MindMaze Therapeutics Holding SA has announced the completion of its organizational simplification and provided updates on its equity financing with Neuro.io Group SA. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, the company aims to focus on its core business in neurotherapeutics by divesting non-neurology legacy operations. This reorganization aims to streamline operations and reduce costs.
On the financing front, MindMaze has completed the first tranche of its CHF 8 million initiative with Neuro.io, receiving CHF 4 million and issuing new shares. They plan to complete the remaining CHF 4 million across two installments in September and November 2026. While working to finalize this investment, MindMaze is also seeking additional financing to support its liquidity needs.
