Renault Group: Duncan Minto appointed interim CEO
On July 15, 2025, Renault Group announced the appointment of Duncan Minto as interim CEO of Renault SA. He temporarily succeeds Jean-Dominique Senard in this position. Minto, formerly Chief Financial Officer, has extensive experience in finance and has been with the group since 1997.
Jean-Dominique Senard will remain Chairman of Renault SAS during this transition. The selection process for the future CEO is progressing under the guidance of the Governance Committee.
Duncan Minto, 50, is a graduate of the University of St Andrews. His career within the group has taken him from finance director in the UK to key positions in France, Portugal, Ireland, and Asia-Pacific.
Renault Group will publish its half-year results on July 31. The announcement of these appointments confirms a transition period for the group.
