Revival Gold Sets Sights on Mercur Gold Project in 2026
Revival Gold Inc. has unveiled its plans for 2026, focusing primarily on the Mercur gold project in Utah. The company aims to advance Mercur towards production by 2029, highlighting a two-year permitting process, with project financing discussions anticipated in 2027 and a construction decision slated for 2028.
The 2026 agenda includes metallurgical testing and significant drilling—12,000 meters to refine resources and an additional 4,000 meters for engineering purposes. Baseline studies for permitting are also a priority, alongside a Preliminary Feasibility Study planned for completion by Q1 2027.
Concurrently, exploration at Beartrack-Arnett in Idaho will continue, targeting high-grade underground opportunities with 3,000 meters of core drilling. Two rigs are operational, and results are pending.
The Mercur project benefits from existing infrastructure and favorable conditions in Utah, leading Revival Gold to project a transformative year in 2026.
