Revolve Initiates Solar Project Construction in Mexico

Revolve Renewable Power Corp. has begun constructing a series of distributed generation solar projects in Mexico, totaling 2.8 megawatts. This expansion adds to Revolve's existing 3 MW of solar assets in the country. The projects are anticipated to generate yearly revenues between US$620,000 and US$922,000, with EBITDA projected at US$533,000 to US$794,000 through electricity sales to commercial clients.

The construction is part of a Power Purchase Agreement and related contracts for 16 solar installations across Mexican department stores. The projects have an estimated capital cost of US$2.7 million, funded through company finances and debt. The full portfolio is expected to be operational by August 2026, supporting Mexico's growing demand for renewable energy solutions.
