Revolve Renewable Power Announces Board Changes and Project Milestones

Revolve Renewable Power Corp. has appointed Powers Spencer to its Board, representing Callaway Capital, while co-founder Roger Norwich retires. Norwich, a pivotal figure since the company's inception in 2012, steps down after significantly contributing to Revolve's growth. CEO Myke Clark expressed gratitude for Norwich's service and welcomed Spencer, emphasizing Callaway's valuable partnership.

In terms of projects, Revolve has achieved important milestones. In Mexico, the company secured an interconnection agreement for the 130.5 MW EL24 Wind Project and began constructing 2.8 MW solar projects. In the US, Revolve awaits milestone payments from the sale of solar projects, and in Canada, its Bright Meadows Solar Project progresses in Alberta.

Revolve's focus on developing, owning, and operating smaller utility-scale projects underscores its strategy for recurring revenue, as it navigates the renewable energy landscape across North America.
