Revolve Renewable Power Corp Reports 15% Revenue Increase in Q2, FY2026

Revolve Renewable Power Corp, a North American renewable energy developer, announced a 15% rise in recurring revenue for Q2, FY2026, reaching $717,457 compared to $621,927 the previous year. The company's energy production grew 17% to 5,179,733 kWh. CEO Myke Clark highlighted strategic investments and a $40 million financing partnership, which is expected to enhance the company's North American project portfolio.

The company reported a net loss of $858,947, slightly improving from $908,959 in Q2, FY2025, due to ongoing project development investments. Revolve is advancing utility-scale projects across North America, including Mexico's 130 MW EL 24 Wind Farm and Canada's 15.7 MW Bright Meadows Solar Project.

A strategic $40 million financing with Callaway aims to support Revolve’s 3-gigawatt renewable energy portfolio expansion. The company also granted 926,702 Deferred Share Units under its plan to manage director expenses.
