Half-year review of UNIFY GROUP's liquidity contract

UNIFY GROUP has published its liquidity contract balance sheet for the six months ending June 30, 2026. No purchases or sales of securities were made during this period. The liquidity account shows 43,283 shares and €6,962.73 in cash. This figure remains unchanged compared to the previous balance sheet for December 2025.

At the end of 2025, the liquidity contract had recorded active trading with 788 buy transactions and 858 sell transactions, totaling 150,023 shares for €251,773.07 and 141,220 shares for €240,879.52 respectively. Initially, the contract began with 10,304 shares and €52,794.00 in cash.

This assessment is in line with AMF decision no. 2021-01. The current stagnation in transactions contrasts with the remarkable activity observed at the end of 2025.
