UNIFY Group aims for expansion with the acquisition of SPAS Organisation

UNIFY Group, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has announced a memorandum of understanding to acquire SPAS Organisation, the leading French organizer of trade shows related to organic products and wellness. This strategic transaction is contingent upon the restructuring of SPAS's debt. Integrated into Event Flow, UNIFY's events division, SPAS would complement the group's existing activities in media, training, and technology marketing.

SPAS Organisation, a major player for over 20 years, organizes 20 flagship trade shows attracting 250,000 visitors annually. The acquisition promises new synergies by combining SPAS's event expertise with Reworld Media's media brands, such as Doctissimo and Top Santé. This partnership should enhance the trade shows and foster interaction between brands and audiences.
