UNIFY Group is considering acquiring Sciences et Avenir and La Recherche

UNIFY Group, formerly Reworld Media, plans to acquire Sciences et Avenir and La Recherche. These renowned science publications will enrich the group's portfolio, which already includes Science & Vie. Founded in 1947, Sciences et Avenir has nearly 2 million print readers and a large digital audience. La Recherche, a quarterly publication, is popular with researchers and academics. This project, if successful, would consolidate UNIFY's position in the French science media landscape. Consultations with employee representatives are planned before finalization. UNIFY Group could thus expand its influence in the world of science information.
