Reyna Silver Corp. Announces Pricing for Private Placement

Reyna Silver Corp., listed on TSXV, OTCQB, and FRA markets, has finalized the pricing of its securities in a non-brokered private placement. This move follows an agreement with Torex Gold Resources Inc., in which Torex will acquire all of Reyna Silver's outstanding shares. Torex has committed to investing $1.1 million through this private placement.

Each unit in the placement is priced at $0.095, containing one share and one purchase warrant. The warrant allows for the acquisition of an additional share at $0.13 within a year. Funds from this placement will finance payments related to Reyna's Nevada option agreements. Regulatory approval from TSXV is pending, and the securities will have a four-month hold period post issuance.
