Reyna Silver Securityholders Approve Acquisition by Torex Gold

Reyna Silver Corp. has announced that its securityholders have approved the acquisition by Torex Gold Resources Inc. The decision was reached during a special meeting on August 11, 2025, where 96.068% of shareholders voted in favor of the special resolution. Alongside shareholders, 97.067% of combined securityholders, including options and warrants holders, supported the deal.

The acquisition is expected to finalize on August 20, 2025. A final order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia remains necessary, with a hearing set for August 15, 2025.
