Right Season Investments Announces Share Split
Right Season Investments Corp. (TSXV:LITT) has announced the implementation of a forward share-split, effective August 21, 2025. Shareholders will receive fifteen common shares for each share held as of the record date. This move, previously approved by the board on August 1, does not require shareholder approval.
The company's common shares will trade on an ex-split basis on the TSX Venture Exchange from August 21. There will be no changes to the trading symbol or CUSIP number. The share split will increase the total number of outstanding shares to approximately 34,501,935.
