Rising Stone, listed on the Euronext market under the code ALRIS, has released figures concerning its shares and voting rights as of April 30, 2026. The company, specializing in luxury real estate in the French Alps, reports that the total number of shares is 2,572,596. Theoretical voting rights total 4,444,801, while exercisable voting rights are 4,441,894.
The difference is explained by 2,907 treasury shares, which carry no voting rights. Rising Stone continues its development with an ambitious portfolio of projects, thus strengthening its key position in the luxury real estate market.
