Christopher Humphrey Joins Wilmington plc as Non-Executive Director

RM plc has announced that Christopher Humphrey, an independent Non-Executive Director at RM plc, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director at Wilmington plc starting on 28 April 2026. Christopher will also become Wilmington's Senior Independent Director and join both their Remuneration and Audit Committees.

The appointment aligns with the UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R (2), confirming RM plc's compliance and transparency regarding board changes. Daniel Fattal, RM plc's Company Secretary, noted the announcement in compliance with regulatory standards.
