RM plc Announces Change of Independent Auditor

RM plc has announced a change in its independent auditing firm. Following a competitive tender process, RSM UK Audit LLP has been appointed as the new independent auditor for the financial year ending 30 November 2025. This appointment was approved by shareholders during the Annual General Meeting held on 7 May 2025.

The decision results in Deloitte LLP stepping down as the company's auditor. Deloitte's resignation is effective immediately following the AGM. In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1 and the Companies Act 2006, Deloitte will provide a "statement of reasons" for its resignation, which will be sent to shareholders and filed with the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism.
