ROBERTET: Update of voting rights as of June 18, 2025
The ROBERTET group has published an update on its share capital and the number of voting rights as of June 18, 2025. In accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 222-12-5 of the AMF General Regulations, the company has provided information on the composition of its share capital listed on Euronext Paris.
The share capital consists of 2,169,297 shares, offering a total of 3,030,957 theoretical voting rights. However, 73,251 shares are currently deprived of voting rights, bringing the number of effective voting rights to 2,957,706. This update reflects the company's current structure in terms of shareholdings and voting rights.
