Rocky Mountain Liquor Announces AGM Voting Outcomes

Rocky Mountain Liquor Inc., trading under TSX-V:RUM, has disclosed the results from its 2025 Annual General Meeting held in Edmonton, Alberta. The meeting confirmed the election of six directors for the upcoming year. Peter J. Byrne, Max W. Schapiro, Chris Queitsch, Allison Radford, Courtney Burton, and Gene Coleman were elected by a majority vote. Additionally, shareholders approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company’s auditors and ratified the Stock Option Plan.
