Rocky Shore Gold Engages ITG for Market-Making Services
Rocky Shore Gold Ltd. has appointed Independent Trading Group (ITG) to enhance market liquidity for its shares. The agreement aligns with Canadian Securities Exchange policies to maintain a reasonable market presence. ITG will start trading Rocky Shore shares on all platforms with the aim of improving liquidity.
The initial term of this agreement is one month, with automatic one-month renewals unless either party gives a 30-day termination notice. Notably, ITG will not receive shares or options as compensation and holds no financial interest in Rocky Shore. This partnership aims to bolster investor confidence through improved market dynamics.
