RUBIS Announces Change in Supervisory Board Composition
On April 17, 2026, Ronald Sämann informed Rubis of his decision to resign from the Supervisory Board. Sämann, who joined the board after the 2024 Annual General Meeting for a three-year term, will step down on May 5, 2026, citing personal reasons. His departure marks the end of his tenure with Rubis.
Marc-Olivier Laurent, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude for Sämann's valuable contributions and long-term loyalty as a shareholder. Sämann, in turn, appreciated the trust and collaborative atmosphere provided by his fellow board members throughout his term.
