Rubis Initiates Share Buyback Programme
On 20 January 2026, Rubis announced the initiation of a share buyback programme. This decision follows the authorisation granted by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on 12 June 2025. The acquired shares will be reserved for employees, corporate officers, or related companies under a shareholding plan. Execution is assigned to an independent provider, adhering to European regulations on market abuse.
The buyback scheme is scheduled from 21 January 2026 to 27 February 2026. Rubis aims to repurchase up to 400,000 shares, each priced no higher than €50, with a total cap of €20 million, excluding fees.
