Safran Posts Strong Q3 2026 Revenue Growth Driven by Civil Engine Aftermarket
In Q3 2026, Safran reported a significant revenue increase of 14.7%, amounting to €9,003 million. This growth was primarily driven by robust demand in both original equipment and aftermarket services, with civil engine spare parts seeing remarkable performance. The propulsion segment surged by 13.2%, supported by a healthy aftermarket environment and solid increases in LEAP engine production and services revenue.
The Equipment & Defense division also experienced strong growth with a 15.7% rise, primarily fueled by defense-related sales and expanding production capabilities. Aircraft Interiors saw a more modest increase of 5.8%, bolstered by higher aftermarket activity in Seats and Cabin.
Safran has also engaged in a €5 billion share repurchase program, completing a €375 million tranche in October. While navigating uncertainties, Safran remains confident in its growth projections and aims to meet its full-year 2026 targets.
