Saint-Gobain Reports on Recent Share Buyback Activities
Between October 7 and October 9, 2026, Compagnie de Saint-Gobain engaged in share buyback transactions. These transactions align with Article 5 §2 of the EU Regulation on market abuse and were authorized by the Annual General Meeting on June 4, 2026.
During this period, a total of 269,249 shares were repurchased. On October 7, 96,574 shares were bought at an average price of €64.871, totaling €6,264,891. On October 8, 148,000 shares were acquired for €64.408 each, amounting to €9,532,428. Finally, on October 9, 24,675 shares were purchased at €64.950, resulting in €1,602,641 spent.
Overall, Saint-Gobain spent €17,399,960 for the buybacks. All transactions occurred across several markets, including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU.
