Saint-Gobain has disclosed the completion of share buyback transactions executed between September 1 and September 4, 2025. These actions are aligned with the authorization received at the Annual General Meeting held on June 5, 2025.

Over the four-day period, a total of 417,859 shares were repurchased. The daily volume varied, with a peak on September 2, 2025, when 182,167 shares were bought back at a weighted average price of 91.030 euros per share. The total expenditure for this program amounted to 38,196,556 euros. Purchases were executed across multiple markets, including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU.
