Saint-Gobain Sells Tumelero Retail Chain in Brazil
On October 2, 2025, Saint-Gobain announced it has reached a definitive agreement for the sale of Tumelero, a Brazilian retail chain specialized in construction materials, to the Brazilian group GG10. Tumelero currently operates 16 stores and a logistic center in Rio Grande do Sul, employs around 580 people, and generated €40 million in revenue in 2024.
The sale to GG10, which is based in Dois Irmãos and operates under the G-Haus brand, aligns with Saint-Gobain's efforts to refine its business portfolio according to its global strategy. The deal is subject to approval by antitrust authorities and is expected to be finalized by the end of 2025.
