Saint-Gobain Sells Ventilation Business in Nordics
Saint-Gobain has entered into an agreement with Airvance Group to sell its ventilation distribution business in the Nordics. This move is part of the company's strategy to enhance its business profile under the "Lead & Grow" plan. The business, which operates through Bevego, Ventistål, and Øland AIRFORCE across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, reported sales of €415 million in 2025 and employs 950 people in 62 outlets.
The transaction is anticipated to conclude by the end of May, pending consultation with employee representatives. The deal reflects Saint-Gobain's ongoing efforts to align with its strategic goals and streamline its operations within the HVAC industry.
