Saint-Gobain Share Buyback Transactions Report July 2025
Compagnie de Saint-Gobain reported its share buyback transactions conducted between July 1st and July 4th, 2025. The transactions were carried out under the authorization of the Annual General Meeting held on June 5, 2025, in accordance with Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
During the reporting period, Saint-Gobain bought back a total of 244,829 shares. The total amount spent on these transactions reached €23,819,747. The shares were bought at a daily weighted average price of €97.291.
The buyback activity was spread across multiple markets, identified by MIC codes XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU. The highest volume of shares bought back on a single day was on July 4th, with 129,347 shares purchased at an average price of €96.835. The highest average purchase price was on July 2nd, at €97.989 per share for 7,109 shares.
