Robert De Niro Marks Nobu Manchester Groundbreaking with Salboy

Actor Robert De Niro, alongside Nobu Hospitality founders, marked the groundbreaking of Nobu Manchester, a key collaboration with property developer Salboy. This project introduces a 246-metre tower, projected as the UK's tallest building outside London, transforming Manchester's skyline by 2031. The development will house a signature Nobu restaurant, a 160-room hotel, and 452 branded residences, rejuvenating a historic city center brownfield site.

In partnership with Nobu Hospitality, Salboy, and Domis construction, the tower aims to blend Manchester's industrial heritage with modern luxury. The new Nobu restaurant offers a unique Japanese dining experience under historic Victorian viaduct arches. Nobu Residences Manchester marks the brand's entry into the UK's luxury real estate market, featuring Japanese-inspired interiors and top-tier amenities.
