Sartorius and NIBRT Partner on Bioprocessing Training Center

Sartorius and the National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training (NIBRT) have joined forces to establish a specialized training center in Dublin dedicated to intensified and continuous bioprocessing. Opening in late 2026, this center will offer practical training to aid the biopharmaceutical industry's shift towards advanced manufacturing processes.

This collaboration includes the installation of Sartorius's Pionic technology, a comprehensive platform for continuous bioprocessing. Annually, over 1,000 industry professionals will benefit from hands-on training, enhancing skills in upstream and downstream processes.

The partnership underscores a commitment to improving worldwide workforce readiness in biopharma manufacturing. The center aims to be a global hub for training, research, and innovation, fostering sustainability and efficiency in biopharmaceutical production.
