SBF AG Expands Lighting Business Through CONLED Partnership

On September 8, 2026, SBF AG announced a strategic partnership with CONLED Lichtcontracting GmbH to expand its industrial and commercial lighting business. The collaboration aims to modernize lighting systems in production, logistics, and quality control areas via a contracting model. This model allows customers to upgrade their systems without upfront investment, ensuring energy savings and improved light quality.

Robert Stöcklinger of SBF AG highlighted that energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effective modernization are driving demand in the market. The contracting model reduces entry barriers, letting clients benefit from lower energy costs immediately.

CONLED will manage planning, financing, and maintenance, while SBF will supply and install the necessary lighting fixtures and technology. This partnership is set to bolster SBF's "Public and Industrial Lighting" segment and has already shown success in projects like the KEUCO plumbing specialist, where lighting efficiency was significantly improved.
