SCBSM: 2024-2025 Annual Results and Net Profit Growth
SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, is reporting a 15% increase in recurring net income for the 2024-2025 financial year, reaching €12 million. The company has made significant investments, notably with the acquisition of a building on Boulevard Haussmann and the restructuring of the Ponthieu building, thereby strengthening the value of its Parisian assets.
Rental income increased by 6% to €20 million, contributing to an operating profit of €18 million, an increase of 11%. Despite a stable financial cost of net debt at €6 million, SCBSM confirmed the strength of its performance, with an annual net profit close to €13 million.
