SCBSM Announces Share Buybacks
On January 19, 2026, SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, published details of its share buyback transactions. These transactions were carried out in compliance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
The share buybacks took place in January 2026. On January 13, 354 shares were acquired at an average price of €9.45. On January 14, 292 shares were repurchased at €9.35. Finally, on January 16, 322 shares were purchased at an average price of €9.65. All transactions were conducted on the XPAR market.
SCBSM, with a real estate portfolio valued at €468 million, maintains its prominent position in the Parisian real estate market. These transactions underscore the company's ongoing commitment to its shareholders.
