SCBSM: Declaration of transactions in own shares
SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, recently announced its share buybacks. These transactions comply with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
On March 3, 2026, SCBSM repurchased 82 shares at an average price of €9.20. On March 4, 2026, 100 shares were acquired at €9.10. Finally, on March 6, 2026, the company purchased 110 shares, also at €9.10. All these transactions took place on the XPAR market.
As a real estate investment trust (REIT), SCBSM owns a property portfolio valued at €468 million. The majority of this portfolio is located in Paris. SCBSM was listed on the stock exchange in November 2006.
