SCBSM: Report on Own Share Transactions
On April 14, 2025, SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, announced details of recent transactions involving its own shares. These buyback transactions were carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
For the week of April 7-11, SCBSM repurchased a total of 1,195 shares. The highest daily volume was recorded on April 11, with 263 shares. The weighted average purchase price was €8.50 for most days, with a slight decrease to €8.40 on April 8.
All transactions were made on the XPAR market. These movements demonstrate SCBSM's active management of its capital.
