SCBSM: Repurchase of own shares in accordance with MAR regulations
On April 22, 2025, SCBSM, a real estate company listed on Euronext Paris, announced its recent transactions involving the repurchase of its own shares. These transactions were carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
The reported transactions covered several dates: on April 14, 167 shares were repurchased at an average price of €8.50; on April 16, 89 shares at €8.70; and on April 17, 248 shares were also acquired at €8.70 per share. All of these transactions were carried out on the XPAR market.
The total volume of these buybacks illustrates SCBSM's strategy in managing its capital, in line with current practices and regulations.
