Sceptre Ventures Announces Share Consolidation Date
Sceptre Ventures Inc. has confirmed the TSX Venture Exchange's approval for its share consolidation. Effective January 29, 2026, the company’s shares will consolidate on a 10-to-1 basis. The total shares will reduce from 24,016,477 to 2,401,709, with new CUSIP and ISIN numbers assigned. The company’s name and stock symbol remain unchanged.
Following the consolidation, Endeavor Trust Corporation will guide shareholders on exchanging their share certificates. The consolidation coincides with a private placement offering of up to 6,000,000 units at $0.05 each, pre-consolidation. Each unit consists of a common share and a warrant, exercisable at $0.75 post-consolidation.
This move is part of Sceptre Ventures’ continued business evaluation process for a Qualifying Transaction under TSX Venture Exchange policy.
