Schindler and Accor Sign Service Agreement in Asia

Schindler Holding AG has announced a new service agreement with Accor, a global hospitality leader, aimed at enhancing their cooperation in Asia. This collaboration focuses on sustainability and customer experience, aligning the operations of both companies.

The Master Services and Supplies Agreement (MSSA) will see Schindler deliver and service elevators and escalators to Accor properties in nine Asian markets, including Malaysia and Singapore. This encompasses new installations and ongoing maintenance, utilizing state-of-the-art technology tailored to Accor hotels.

Executives from both companies expressed optimism about the partnership. Jardine Schindler Group CEO, Calynn Tan, emphasized the agreement's role in strengthening hospitality experiences, while Accor's Sébastien Brunel highlighted the operational support it provides in a fast-growing region.
