Schindler Announces Executive Committee Changes

Schindler Holding Ltd. has announced changes to its Group Executive Committee, effective July 1, 2025. Nitin Chalke, currently the country head of Schindler India, will join the committee, assuming responsibility for the Asia Pacific region. Chalke succeeds Robert Seakins, who is retiring after 22 years with Schindler, including eight years on the Group Executive Committee. Seakins has played a key role in Schindler's growth in Asia Pacific and in enhancing field quality.

Chalke joined Schindler in 1998 and has held various leadership positions, both within Schindler and at Eaton Corporation in Asia and North America. His return to Schindler in 2023 as the head of Indian operations has seen significant growth for the business. The committee will comprise key members including CEO Paolo Compagna and CFO Carla De Geyseleer.
