Schneider Electric Conducts Weekly Share Buyback
On November 17, 2025, Schneider Electric announced the continuation of its authorized share buyback program, following the approval at the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2025. The initiative complies with Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 concerning market abuse.
Between November 7 and November 14, 2025, Schneider Electric repurchased 310,000 of its shares, equivalent to approximately 0.05% of the company's capital as of December 31, 2024. The total purchase cost was €72,878,210. This buyback aims to fulfill long-term incentive plans for employees and corporate officers.
