Schneider Electric Conducts Weekly Share Buyback

Schneider Electric executed a share buyback from April 27 to April 30, 2026. This initiative was part of a program authorized during the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2025, under the 16th resolution. The buyback program follows Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 pertaining to market abuse.

The company repurchased 50,606 shares, corresponding to approximately 0.01% of its share capital as of December 31, 2025. The total expenditure for these shares amounted to 13,740,485 €. Schneider Electric aims to fulfill commitments related to long-term incentive plans for employees and corporate officers through these buybacks.
