SCOR: Declaration of transactions in own shares

SCOR has published its statement of transactions in own shares from March 5 to 11, 2026. The company repurchased a total of 320,000 own shares at an average price of €30.02 per share, as part of its cancellation objective.

In addition, SCOR purchased stock options, acquiring a total of 653,725 European and American call options to fund its employee stock ownership plan. Exercise prices range from €23.31 to €40.81, and individual premiums range from €1.96 to €8.76.

Finally, SCOR terminated 80,000 European call options and 39,204 US call options. These terminations concluded previous transactions, with transaction prices as high as €30.00 and deltas as high as 92%.
