Scout24 SE Announces New CFO Appointment

Scout24 SE has announced the appointment of Martin Mildner as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1 March 2026. Mildner will take over from Dirk Schmelzer, who is departing the company on 28 February 2026 after more than six successful years.

Hans-Holger Albrecht, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed confidence in Mildner's capabilities, citing his extensive experience as a CFO in listed companies and his expertise in digital business models. Albrecht also took the opportunity to thank Schmelzer for his substantial contributions to the company's strategic direction.

Scout24 SE's CEO, Ralf Weitz, echoed the sentiment of gratitude towards Schmelzer, highlighting the company's strong position in the European digital real estate market. Weitz anticipates future growth under Mildner's financial leadership.
