Monthly information on voting rights and capital of Séché Environnement

Séché Environnement has published its monthly report on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. This communication is in line with the legal obligations defined by Article L 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.

As of October 1, 2025, the total number of Séché Environnement shares is 7,857,732. The total number of theoretical voting rights, including those associated with treasury shares, is 13,339,641. These figures are in compliance with the transparency requirements imposed on companies listed in France.
