Séché Environnement Sets Goals Amidst Economic Challenges
Séché Environnement has forecasted a decline in revenue for 2025, expecting it to reach around €1,150 million, compared to the target of €1,180 million. The company's EBITDA is similarly anticipated at €220 million, falling short of its "between €250m and €260m" target. Despite this, the expected IFRS financial leverage is more favorable, around 2.5x EBITDA, below the target of less than 3x.
The company is planning to focus on improving its credit ratios and integrating acquisitions, particularly after acquiring Hidronor and La Filippa and working on acquiring Flamme Group. The goal is to decrease net financial debt by €100 million by mid-2027.
Goals for 2026 include EBITDA growth by 5% to 10% and achieving an IFRS financial leverage of 3.5x EBITDA by year-end, further reducing it below 3.0x by June 2027.
