SEIF S.p.A. Shareholders Approve 2025 Financial Results
On April 30, 2026, Società Editoriale Il Fatto S.p.A., trading on Euronext Growth Milan and Paris, held its Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting. The meeting approved the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025. The results noted a marginal increase in revenue to €30,752 thousand compared to the previous year. However, EBITDA decreased to €2,692 thousand from €3,712 thousand in 2024. The company reported a net loss of €2,586 thousand, up from €1,731 thousand the previous year.
The shareholders also addressed the composition of the Board of Statutory Auditors, confirming Dr. Monica Bigazzi as Standing Auditor and appointing Dr. Cristina Bauco as Alternate Auditor, effective until the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
